The two principal players, Michael Ayers and Mike Marois, each have some 25 years
working with and in a variety of organizations with a variety of sizes.
Each has been involved in the world of education / training for some fifteen years.
Each has a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership (although from different
colleges). Each has been involved specifically in leadership development work for
most of the last dozen years.
Our primary focus, and our preference, involves serving the Upper Midwest. In
particular, we prefer to stay within a few hundred miles of the Minneapolis / St. Paul
area. This is a matter of balancing the pleasure we receive from interacting with
our partners with the pleasure we receive from interacting with our families and friends.
We have a network of friends and business partners. If you want
a
service that we don't believe in good conscience we currently offer , or if you need a service
in another part of the country, we will refer your request to another fully-qualified
individual. And even in our home territory, we frequently call on others who work
for us / with us as conditions require.
Well, we call on
Bernie Saunders to help us
specifically in the area of Emotional Intelligence (although he works in a
broader area than that).
We call on
Tom Heuerman when we need someone with deep experience in one-on-one
coaching at the more senior levels (although he also does work in
organizational change / renewal).
